Refund & Return Policy

At FurNexa, customer satisfaction and pet wellness are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The product must not be opened or significantly used
  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened pet supplements
  • Used consumable products
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will gladly replace or refund eligible items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
